The Schaefer Guarantee
You know, we wouldn't proclaim "America’s Finest Ranchwear" if we didn't believe it in our heart and soul.  The pride we carry of being one of the last U.S. designers and manufacturers of genuine, salt of the earth ranchwear is a feeling that's hard to describe.  So we'd be right disappointed if, for whatever reason, you felt one of our products wasn't up to snuff.  We're relationship people first...earning and maintaining your respect and goodwill means everything to us.  So if for whatever reason we fall short of your expectations within our warranty period, we will humbly accept your return of merchandise for a full refund, credit or exchange.

Gift Certificates
A Schaefer Outfitter Gift Certificate is a gift that always fits.  A Schaefer Outfitter Catalog is also included in the package. Gift Certificates start at $25.00 and sell in any increment over this minimum amount.  To order a gift certificate, simply call toll-free at 800-426-2074, or order online.

Ordering Information

To Order Online
SchaeferRanchwer.com.com is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Online Ordering with SchaeferRanchwear.com is really quite easy!  Just find an item you wish to buy, select a quantity and color (where applicable), and click on the "Add To Cart" button.  The item you selected will be placed in your shopping cart.  To buy the item, click the "Checkout" button.  Follow the step-by-step instructions, and completely fill out the secure order form.  Click the "Checkout" button once more, and your order is complete!  In most cases your order will ship within 24 hours.  In the event we are out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail of the delivery date, at which point you will have the option of keep the product on back order, substituting or a full refund.  In the event you wish to keep a product on order which will not be filled within 14 days, we will automatically process a full refund and then re-charge your card when the product comes available.

To Order By Phone
Simple. Just call us toll-free at 800-426-2074.  Before you call, why not make a list of what you're interested in.  For that matter you can even CLICK HERE to print out an order form and fill it out prior to calling.  That way you won't forget your Uncle Chet in Wyoming who took you horseback ridin' every summer in the Bighorns.  We like cash the best, but it's a little difficult trying to get it through the phone.  So, we'll take plastic:  VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.  Please have your credit card number, expiration date and the last three numbers printed on the back of your card on the signature panel ready.  Sorry, no COD's.

To Order By Mail
If you want to make an order by mail, you can do that too.  Just take some careful time and be sure you fill out all of the blanks, with the right numbers, names and such. We'll take a check, money order or plastic.  If you want to use your credit card, make sure to include the number, expiration date and the last three numbers printed on the back of the card on the signature panel. Drop it in the mail. Simply CLICK HERE to download our order form.  Follow the instructions included on the form.  Our mailing address is featured on the Order Form for your reference.

Can I Order By E-Mail?
No.  Information sent via e-mail is not secure.  But with our secure online ordering system your order and credit card information is encrypted to prevent anyone else from accessing your information.  You may however inquire about product information and availability via e-mail by contacting Mack@SchaeferRanchwear.com.

Can I Order Without A Credit Card?
Yes!  You can mail us your order and pay by check or money order. CLICK HERE to view and print out our Order Form.  Our mailing address is conveniently shown at the top of the Order Form for your reference.Upon receipt of your order, the product(s) ordered will be packaged and await notification from the bank of your personal check clearing.  Please do not send cash.

Backorders
On occasion, demand exceeds our expectations.  You'll receive updates on the status if there are any significant delays, so you can consider other options.  If you choose to keep a product on back order which is not anticipated to come in within 14 days from the order date, then we will refund the full amount of the purchase price and re-charge your credit card when the product ships.  You see, we work off of the the old saying, "You can't split the loot, till you rob the train."

Return and Exchanges
If for whatever reason our product doesn't meet your expectations, simply return it to us for an exchange or a refund of its purchase price unused within 30 days of receipt.  Items returned after the 30 days will be on an inspection basis only.  Just fill out the return/exchange form, which is included in the package.  Please be sure to enclose the form so we know who you are and what you would like us to do.  Affix the cut-off shipping label on the outside of the package which is provided at the bottom of the return form.  Make sure the return is properly insured for it full value, because packages do get lost.  We can not refund an amount for a product we never received.

Errors In Pricing Or Information
Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction.  Merchandise pricing and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Handling
Actual shipping rates are based upon service choice, weight, dimensions and delivery location with UPS at the time of placing an order.

Delivery
Your order generally goes out of here no later than the next day, and you get it within 3-6 business days.  We like those guys in the brown uniforms the best, so try to stay away from the Postal Service if possible.  If you provide us with an e-mail address, we'll notify you of the day your package shipped along with a tracking number so you can watch its progress.
