Prize cannot be used to purchase, be converted into, or be redeemed in the form of gift certificate(s) or cash. All prizes must be redeemed by winner by April 30th 2013, or winner forfeits prize and prize will not be awarded. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No cash in lieu of prize and no exchange or substitution of prize except at discretion of sponsors. All federal, state, and local income taxes on prize are the responsibility of the prize winner. Any prize winner who cannot be easily located at address shown on entry form will forfeit prize. Sponsors reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend Contest if, for any reason, Contest is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances or causes which in the Sponsors' sole judgment, affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Contest. By acceptance of the prize, winners consent to the use of his/her name and photo for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries. Facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. All online entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar means of entry are permitted. Sponsors, their affiliates, partners, and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone communications, network, website, Internet, or ISP malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind, or for any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to release Sponsors, sweepstakes promoter, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates, respective owners, and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with the acceptance, possession, participation in, or use of any prizes. Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsors, whose decision is final relating to participation in sweepstakes, selection of winner, and awarding of prize. Assignment of Rights
By submitting photographic images to Schaefer Outfitter, you grant Schaefer Outfitter a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to those photographic images at its sole discretion, including storing it on Schaefer Outfitter servers and incorporating it in other works in any media now known or later developed. If you do not wish to grant Schaefer Outfitter these rights, it is suggested that you do not submit photographic images. Schaefer Outfitter reserves the right to select, edit and arrange submissions, and to remove images from the Schaefer Outfitter website at any time at its sole discretion.

Requirements for Entry: Your entry must comply with the following:

• The Photo is original with you, is not copied from any other work, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party;
• The Photo will comply with Facebook© Terms of Use and Facebook Community Standards; 
• The Photo does not depict any third party copyrighted material, products, trademarks or logos;
• The Photo does not defame or otherwise violate the rights of any third party;
• The Photo is not offensive, sexually suggestive, violent, racial, profane, slanderous or contrary to the interests of the Contest or Sponsor, as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor;
• Once an entry is received it cannot be modified or edited by you, but you can enter multiple Photos as entries subject to the limitations in these Official Rules; 
• Photos cannot contain the depiction of any identifiable person ("Identifiable Person(s)") without their written permission, and if any Identifiable Person is under the age of majority, that person must be the entrant's child; and 
• No entries may be submitted on behalf of someone else.

2. Term:
RanchHand Way of Life Photography Contest ("Contest") begins at 12:01 AM, Eastern Time ("ET") on January 8th, 2013, with submission of entries ending at 11:59 PM ET on March 15th 2013 (the "Contest Entry Period"). By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the Official Rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules. This is a purpose-based Contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners.

3. Who may enter:
The Contest is open to individuals who have reached the age of 18.  Employees of Schaefer Outfitter and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related are not eligible. THIS CONTEST IS VOID IN STATES AND COUNTRIES WHERE IT IS PROHIBITED, TAXED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

4. How to enter:
To enter, complete the entry form on the Official Contest page; provide the required information, including your name, address, telephone number and email address. Photo caption and brief photo description/title; must be submitted with your Photo in accordance with the following instructions below.

Photographs must be in digital format. Only online entries will be eligible. No print or film submission will be accepted for entry into the Contest. The Photo need not be taken with a digital camera; scans of negatives, transparencies, or photographic prints are acceptable. All digital files must be in JPEG, JPG or TIFF format, and must be at least a 10800 x 7200 pixels at 300 dpi resolution photograph ("Photo").

• To be eligible for the Contest, all entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on March 15th 2013 . All submitted entries will not be returned or acknowledged. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant or the rights to an entry, the subject entry will be disqualified. All entries are subject to verification. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility of an entrant (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof in a timely manner may result in disqualification. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Sponsor's server machine(s).

5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected as follows: 
All submitted Photos will be reviewed for compliance with the rules as stated herein. All entries will be judged by Schaefer Outfitter employees on, (1) photo quality, (2) the lifestyle format while wearing Schaefer Ranchwear products, namely the RanchHand Dungarees, (3) brand appropriateness and suitability for trade and advertising purposes; (4) creativity ("Judging Criteria").

Requirements for Finalists: The winners will be notified by email on or about March 20th 2013 and required to execute an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release and assignment (collectively, "Assignment") as a condition to the potential Finalist being declared a Finalist. Entrants can print the required documents and e-mail or mail to Sponsor by following the instructions provided. If a potential Finalist does not return the required Assignment no later than seven (7) days from the date of notification, or if an entry is found to be ineligible for any reason, the potential Finalist will be disqualified and will forfeit any rights to the prize and either a runner-up will be selected as a Finalist or Sponsor shall only allow for the number of Finalists that have followed the requirements of the Official Rules to go through to the Final Round, due to timing constraints, or otherwise, as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. By accepting the Finalist status, all Finalists give permission (except where prohibited by law) to Sponsor and its licensees to use the Finalists' names, Photos, hometown and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

6. Notification of Winners:
Finalists will be notified by email on or around March 20th 2013.
LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
